Terms and licence of use — Omnifloo Office
Version of 4 October 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of Omnifloo Office, an online office service (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, PDF, co-editing and document storage) published by DYONYSOS SASU and available at office.omnifloo.com. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Account and access
Each account is personal: one person, one account. The login is the email address provided at sign-up; the password is strictly personal and the user is responsible for keeping it confidential and for any activity carried out from their account.
Each account includes 200 MB of storage. The launch offer is limited to 500 accounts. The publisher may suspend or close, after notification where possible, any account used abusively (hosting unlawful content, intrusion attempts, use contrary to these terms).
3. Licence of use
DYONYSOS SASU grants the user a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service to create, edit, store and share their own documents for as long as their account remains valid.
The following are prohibited: reselling the service or making it available to third parties; reverse engineering, decompiling or systematically extracting its components; and any unlawful use or use that infringes the rights of third parties.
Documents created or uploaded by the user remain their exclusive property; DYONYSOS SASU claims no rights over their content. The software, the interface, and the Omnifloo and Omnifloo Office trademarks and logos remain the property of DYONYSOS SASU. The service is built on open-source components whose licences are available on request from contact@omnifloo.com.
4. Education offer
The education offer is free for teachers, pupils and students. Proof of affiliation with an institution (card, certificate, institutional email address) may be requested after 30 days of use; the user then has 15 days to provide it. Failing that, the user will be offered a paid plan; the account is not deleted without notice and documents remain recoverable as set out in section 6.
5. Business plans
Prices for business plans are shown on the service's home page. Invoicing is handled by DYONYSOS SASU, monthly or annually depending on the option chosen. Schools, public bodies and large organisations receive a quotation on request.
6. Data and privacy
Data and documents are hosted in France. DYONYSOS SASU does not sell or transfer its users' data to third parties and uses it solely to provide the service. Data associated with an account is deleted 30 days after the account is closed.
In accordance with the GDPR, users have the right to access, rectify, erase and port their personal data and to object to its processing, which they can exercise by writing to contact@omnifloo.com.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". DYONYSOS SASU implements reasonable backups and strives to ensure continuous availability, without being able to guarantee it (maintenance, incidents, updates). Users are advised to keep a copy of their important documents.
The liability of DYONYSOS SASU, for any cause whatsoever, is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the service over the previous twelve months. It shall not be liable for indirect damage or for data loss resulting from non-compliant use.
8. Changes
These terms may be amended to reflect changes to the service or to regulations. Users are informed by email or by a notice on the website; continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bayonne (France), subject to mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
