By “the large American suites” we mean the online office offerings of the major American publishers. We do not name them: what matters is the criteria. What we say about these suites is general, drawn from public sources in 2026, and must be checked with each publisher before a decision.

- you depend on complex VBA macros;
- you want e-mail and 1 TB of storage in a single subscription;
- your teams mostly work on mobile apps;
- location and applicable law are not a concern for you.
