Move from your old suite to Omnifloo Office without stopping work: a four-week plan, guides for files, e-mail, calendar and contacts, and tools for organisations.
A four-week plan

MigrationFiles, e-mail, calendar and contacts of every team, in batches.
Cut-over and wrap-upThe old suite goes read-only, then you cancel it.
What you can migrate

What you should know, honestly
- Macros are not run when a file is opened. The Spreadsheet can translate some of them or run them on an execution service (add-ons, being rolled out gradually); the others have to be rebuilt.
- A missing font is replaced by a close one, and the layout may shift. The file diagnosis flags them in advance.
- Sharing links and permissions from the old suite are not carried over: they have to be recreated.
- The available storage depends on your plan: check it before a large import.
For organisations, two tools are supplied on request at contact@omnifloo.com: a batch import into an account's space, with resume on error, and a file diagnosis that spots macros, external links, unavailable fonts and old formats. Learn more
