Create a board

The button above creates a new board at the root of your documents and opens it. You can also create one yourself: in My documents, click “+”, then “New whiteboard”.

Draw

• Pick a tool in the bar: shapes, arrows, lines, text, freehand pen, eraser.
• Add images by drag and drop, or paste them from the clipboard.
• Connect elements with arrows: they follow the shapes when you move them.
• On a phone or tablet, draw with your finger or a stylus; pinch to zoom.

Work together

1. In My documents, share the board with someone in your space, or create a share link.
2. Everyone opens the same board: you see the others' cursors and changes in real time.
3. Everything is saved automatically in your space, hosted in France.

Export

In the board menu, choose “Export image” to get an image to insert into a document or a presentation.
