Sign in

Design uses your space account: same e-mail address, same password, no extra sign-up. On your first visit, choose “Sign in with your Omnifloo account”, then allow access.

If you are already signed in to your space, sign-in is instant.

Design has no sign-up button and no password of its own: only space accounts can get in. Forgot your password? Change it in your space settings.

Create a first visual

1. On the dashboard, create a project, then click “+ New file”.
2. Pick a format in the right-hand panel (A4, A3, square post, story…) or draw a frame at the size you want.
3. Add shapes, text and images (drag and drop), then organise them in layers.
4. Omnifloo templates (posters, flyers, business cards, banners) are imported by dragging an SVG file into your project.

Save and export

Everything is saved automatically.

To export, select a frame, open “Export” at the bottom of the right-hand panel, choose PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF, then click “Export”.

For printing, export as PDF and allow 3 mm of bleed around the frame.

Share

Share a file with the “Share” link (view or comment). Invitations by e-mail are not available for now.

Limits

To keep the service fast for everyone: at most 5 projects, 15 files per project, images of at most 10 MB. Delete what you no longer need or export it to your space.

Very heavy files (many high-resolution images) slow the editor down: split them into several files.
